Bar-Let Model 2 Typewriter

Uncommon Bar Let typewriter in Burgundy. 

Serial 346XX from 1937. 

Purely collectable as its sought after due to colour and looking good on desks, 

Mechanical condition:

Professionally restored to working order. suitable for occasional typing due to age. Therefore, will only recommend to use for Display and not serious typing. 

Bell will ding and mechanism is ok but its not a reliable typewriter for daily typing or heavy typing. luckily and after a lot of work, we managed to adjust it to work again. 

New & fresh Black Ribbon Fitted. 

Cosmetic condition:

There are marks and minor scratches on the main frame. 

considered excellent for its age as not many survived, 

Main paint is on corners and left side of the frame as pictured. 

Minor fading to one side of the emblem. 

Original carrying case that has age signs all over. please check all pictures of the sides and inside. 

We repainted the lid.
