Olympia SM2 Typewriter - New platen

SM2 Rejuvenated & Reconditioned  to Excellent condition after long hours of Work on it and Dismantling it for a Deeper Clean. 

NEW Platen fitted. 

Uncommon & Original Creamy white glossy frame. Not repainted. 

Mechanical condition:

Professionally restored to perfect working order.

Smooth and Will type for long hours.

New platen fitted. New fresh rubber layer that was professionally prepared for our typewriters. Costs around £135 to be separately restored in our workshop. 

All Options and functions tested. 

New & fresh Black and Red Ribbon Fitted.

New washers fitted all over the frame. 

Cosmetic condition: 

Like all our typewriters, it was genuinely restored & serviced.

Excellent cosmetic condition for its age as not many of these survived. plus, the original dark green keys. 

Minor marks on the frame front. 

Comes with Original carrying case that has age signs on it. small outer crack on one side. added original key and original Olympia brush.
