The keys are original. Yes.. That's a really rare one.
There is a story behind these post-war Monica de Luxe Fraktur machines.
as per the previous owner, A club for „preserving the German typerstyles“ ordered Monica machines and had them adapted by the factory to their needs.
It has, for example, more Ligatures than the pre-war machines. But to get more Ligatures they had to combine other keys.
The lower case x moved to the =, the s the way we know it is combined with the X, because the Uppercase S shares it with the more useful Fraktur „middle s“)

Professionally restored to perfect working order.
Smooth and ready to type for long hours.
New & fresh Black & Red Ribbon Fitted. Types in two colours.
Recommended for heavy usage and long hours of typing.
Cosmetic condition:
Like all our typewriters, it was genuinely restored & serviced.
Very good to excellent overall condition. and minor surface marks on the frame due to age which normal on such typewriter surfaces.
Missing paper holder on the back ( will send one with no cost if we got our hands on one in the future)
Comes with Original carrying lid. Have age signs on its outside.
