Olivetti M40-3 Typewriter - British version

Serial 4XXXXX from 1945

 A great example with beautiful glass topped keys. 

Its not a common typewriter at all and was part of our collection. 

Interesting Mechanism. 

Mechanical condition:

Professionally restored to working order.

New & fresh Black/Red Ribbon Fitted on original metal spools

Smooth Action and typing.

Main issue with Mechanism is that the Numbers TABS on top Row not working.  

Cosmetic condition:

Like all our typewriters, it was genuinely restored & serviced.

Very good to excellent cosmetic condition with minor age and usage signs on the main frame. considerably excellent compared to examples seen in the market. 

Glass topped keys. All clean and clear. 

Original Olivetti Cover available but it is worn and deteriorating. I Will add to box and happy not to if you ask.
