Underwood 3 Bank Typewriter - New platen

Excellent Condition Underwood 3 Bank with a NEW platen fitted.  

Serial 127XXX from 1924.. personal opinion but its the best year of production of this model ever, 

One of the smallest typewriters in size and weight ever manufactured. 

Mechanical condition:

Professionally restored to working order. suitable for normal typing.  

Nice dinging bell.

New & fresh Black/red Ribbon Fitted on original metal spools and with the metal pins.  

Plus, a NEW platen& Rollers  is fitted. 

New feet for the case fitted and new back rubber feet for the typewriter fitted. 

Cosmetic condition:

Considerably Excellent for its age.  

Excellent Decals compared to items we previously worked on . 

NEW PLATEN FITTED - Worth £140 separately. 

Wonderful glass topped keys. Nice condition. 

 Lid and base in very good condition with worn original handle that we decided to keep.
