Do you ship to all Countries?

Yes, We Pride ourselves to ship worldwide.

If your country is not listed in our shipping country list, please make sure to Contact us for postage cost and we will be more than happy to check and add your country if our courier delivers there. 

 

UK Processing and Shipping time? 

Depending on your Shipping options selection, All orders placed before 10 a.m. (UK Time) are shipped in the same or Next day for Next Working Day Delivery. 

NOTE: Our Courier Working Days are Monday to Friday Excluding Public and Bank Holidays. 

When paying for Next Day Delivery, Example below.

For example: Orders Placed on Tuesday before 10 am will be delivered on Wednesday. Orders placed On Tuesday after 10 am will be Shipped on Wednesday  for Delivery on Thursday. 

All Orders Placed on Friday Before 10 am Will be delivered on Monday. While orders placed on Friday after 10 am will be Shipped on Monday for Delivery on Tuesday.  

 

WORLDWIDE Processing and Shipping time?

For Europe:  depending on the destination Country, we deliver in 1-3 Working days to France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, and Poland. All other countries will be from 2-5 working days. 

We pride our self to promptly Deliver to the United States, Canada and Far East (Singapore & Hong Kong) as we safely Delivered 99% of our orders in 2 Working Days using Express Shipping and 1% in 3-5 Working days when Delivering to Remote Areas and Zip Codes. 

For Rest of the world its 2-7 working days depending on the destination.

 

After Brexit, Are you still shipping to Europe (EU)?

Normally with no delays. 

Did not stop since Brexit is official and only change is that the parcel might stay for one extra day in customs clearance

Can I Collect the typewriter in Person?

Due to Covid-19 outbreak, unfortunately this option is not available. 

 

Will I get Instructions on how to use My Typewriter?

Each purchased Typewriter will Include a set of Documents that we personally prepare for you that includes. 

  1. Start-up instructions on how to start using the Typewriter
  2. List of Instructions of how to take care of your Typewriter. 

On the one hand, a set of typewriter manuals is already available on our website for free in PDF versions. 

If your Manual is not there, we will be more than happy to send a copy for you. 

Best of All, We will always be here for any support if needed. 

 

Will My Typewriter be packed securely? 

Each item is Professionally and securely packed for Shipment all around the world depending on Size, Weight and Distance. 

We only use New double Walled Boxes & Fresh Packing Material to Secure the Typewriter on its way to you.

We use a Special & Secure Technique that makes sure that your Typewriters Safely arrives to you at any destination around the world.  

Most Important, You will be able to get your Typewriter out of the box in the Easiest way as we will not give you a hard time to un-box your Typewriter. 

 

All Your Typewriters is in working order?

Yes, All Our Typewriters are Personally and Professionally Serviced to the Highest of Standards. We make sure to bring the typewriter to a fully Working order.

Is the Typewriter fitted with a New Ribbon?

Sure, Each Typewriter is fitted with a new and fresh ribbon for direct usage by the new owner.  

If you need more Ribbons, You can Purchase from our Website. 

  

Do you Service and Repair Typewriters?

Yes, It is our pleasure to Repair or Service Your Typewriter. 

We are happy to give you a free approximate quotation for any Typewriter you wish to fix, repair, restore, or have new parts installed. 

Please email us attaching some pictures and we can reply with rough quote. 

This Service is only Available from January to August.
